What’s in a name?

The Tribune Company can’t seem to settle on a company line on re-naming Wrigley Field. Early this week they subverted the Sun-Times contest for a music video explaining why it shouldn’t be renamed:

I agree with Skip… as long as they win, they can call it whatever they want. I wasn’t alive back then, but I can’t image that there were any public outcries when the Wrigley Company changed it to Wrigley Field and put the Double Mint Twins on the scoreboard for all the world to see.
