Many neighborhoods have issues with people speeding through them. As liberal as I tend to be in following speed limits, especially when I’m going to work at 3am and the roads are deserted, you definitely have to follow them in residential areas, simply because there tend to be people walking in them.

For the most part, communities respond to this problem by perhaps posting signs showing that kids play in the area or by notifying police and requesting that officers enforce the speed limit.

Milwaukee Alderman Michael McGee Jr., generally considered to be the worst human being on the planet has announced his revolutionary new strategy… his “Rock the Car Campaign.” Yes, McGee thinks that the solution is to have people throw rocks at passing cars that they think are going over the speed limit.
